Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take. Maintain the financial health of the organization. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. Develop trends and projections for the hospital’s finances. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities. Oversee the operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Manage the preparation of the Hospital’s annual budget. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. Perform supervision of all jobs under the four sub-sections of Clinical Relations Planning, Clinical Support, Clinical Privilege, the CMO’s office, and other HR-related roles as the department’s manager.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Work effectively with SKSH physicians, nursing units, and other administrations/supporting units to ensure timely and effective responses to the hospital’s clinical service scope & operation; 3 Centers and 4 Divisions’ administrative support, and other deadlines or interdepartmental coordination regarding the SKSH service scope by acting as the central contact for administrators to respond to questions and resolve topics. Consensus-making, coordination, and drawing outcomes for clinical service operation topics. Plan and coordinate the hospital’s inpatient bed operation status for the General ward, ICU, VIP, ED, and Operation Theaters, including monitoring of IP BOR results. Make a strategic approach to leading topics coming from authorized governance, Pure Health, and SNUH. Forecast clinical volumes for OPD, IP, Admission, Surgery, and ED in relation to the hospital’s annual planning for the Clinical Service area and budget and monitor the trend. Provide expert guidance in the development of OPD clinic operation guidelines, quality improvement activities in standard procedures for GP ROTA and On-call duty schedules, amendments to MOCA code policies and SOPs, and new policy development. Act as primary liaison for creating processes or reaching the outcome between key persons of 3 centers and the CMO/DCMO and other support departments in various clinical topics, initiatives, or developments. Complete official reports, data analysis, and milestones of the CMO’s clinical departments or physicians. Prepare the CMO’s Directive, notification, and Memo to physicians for his organization’s staff. Prepare and support the CMO’s initiatives and plans. Manage topics for the CMO’s organization chart with HR teams, including chart approval status, progress monitoring for recruitment/position change/etc., and their outcomes. Manage the department’s KPI validation items, SKSH Clinical Practice Guidelines, and four Committees under the department. Supervise the preparations of onboard physicians for clinical privilege, office allocation, and physician service scope. Oversee the administration and operations of the department under the sub-sections of Clinical Relations Planning, Clinical Support, Clinical Privilege, and the CMO’s Office. evaluates and revises administrative processes, plans, and runs the operations of the Clinical Relations department.
