Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for all related payroll inputs and tasks related to HR reports, contract renewal, exit formalities, and new joiners’ onboarding. Assist and coordinate with all other HR aspects. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Executing all policies and procedures pertaining to payroll administration. will work closely with the finance department to ensure all payments are tracked and filed correctly. Knowledge about WPS and all aspects of payroll processes and maintaining up-to-date payroll records in ERP software. Prepare and process the final settlement of separated staff. HR Reports related to Masterfile, Turnover, New Hires, Payroll, Contract Renewal, etc. Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Monitor and manage the employee contract renewal process. Employment verification with externals (e.g., bank, dataflow, etc.). Committee meeting management includes preparation, minutes, and result notification. Employee inquiries response. Perform ad-hoc assignments related to employee relations by the manager or management (e.g. audit preparation, data submission, report, etc.). Preparation of official letters such as salary certificates, employment certificates, bank transfer certificates, etc. (only if a payroll employee in the finance department is on leave). Assist and coordinate staff training programs, workshops, and activities. Provide staff orientations. Assist and coordinate the staff performance evaluation process. Assist and coordinate the leave and attendance management processes. Assist and coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes.

Skills: Competent IT skills and familiarity with payroll software Expertise in Microsoft Excel. Thorough attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sensitivity and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to work with deadlines.

Preferred:

Highly preferred candidate with Oracle HCM hands-on. Certification in HRM. The early ability to join.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
This position involves basic administrative duties, such as providing support in the office and improving work efficiency with assigned tasks. Additionally, the role requires the individual to inspect and pre-review legal contracts contemplated and executed by SKSH. Furthermore, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting legal research on matters related to the work, including but not limited to hospital policies and decrees.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Pre-review and draft contracts, agreements, official letters, etc., ensuring compliance with all statutory or legal requirements. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles on legal issues relevant to the department involved. Has the ability to draft letters with professional English skills Coordinate with the legal advisor in reviewing and advising management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures. Assist the legal advisor in coordinating legal consulting with outsourced attorneys on sensitive legal issues and managing appropriate legal action in response to litigation suits from or against the hospital when hospital rights and/or interests are violated. Assist the legal team in reviewing ongoing cases and advising management accordingly. Liaise with the HR department to conduct personnel committee meetings and cooperate regarding the contractual duty performance of any hospital employee, as well as the subsequent measures to be taken accordingly. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that, where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken. The candidate should be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added value.
