This position involves basic administrative duties, such as providing support in the office and improving work efficiency with assigned tasks. Additionally, the role requires the individual to inspect and pre-review legal contracts contemplated and executed by SKSH. Furthermore, the incumbent will be responsible for conducting legal research on matters related to the work, including but not limited to hospital policies and decrees.

Pre-review and draft contracts, agreements, official letters, etc., ensuring compliance with all statutory or legal requirements. Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles on legal issues relevant to the department involved. Has the ability to draft letters with professional English skills Coordinate with the legal advisor in reviewing and advising management on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures. Assist the legal advisor in coordinating legal consulting with outsourced attorneys on sensitive legal issues and managing appropriate legal action in response to litigation suits from or against the hospital when hospital rights and/or interests are violated. Assist the legal team in reviewing ongoing cases and advising management accordingly. Liaise with the HR department to conduct personnel committee meetings and cooperate regarding the contractual duty performance of any hospital employee, as well as the subsequent measures to be taken accordingly. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that, where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken. The candidate should be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added value.This post is for Medical/Neuro Intensive care Specialist.
