The number of visitors to Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah increased in the first quarter of this year to 31,000, an increase of 27% compared to the same period last year, which saw 24,500 thousand reviewers. The hospital also conducted 520 surgical operations, 21 percent over the same period last year. Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital, Dr. Myung Hoon Sung, said that the number of patients visiting the Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital has been steadily increasing since its opening in February 2015 due to the high level of reputation, the increased awareness of the hospital’s services and the high confidence in its medical and technical staff.

The Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah has been able to use new techniques to eradicate rectal tumors without surgery by combining chemotherapy and radiotherapy with MRI, using the world’s most modern viewray device, as a new addition to the hospital for its multiple medical services.
