Officer – IT Applications (ERP Oracle Engineer)

Specific duties and responsibilities:

• Provide support to ERP-related issues and ensure all incoming tickets are categorized based on severity and urgency.
• Maintain detailed records of each ticket, including the issue description, steps to reproduce, troubleshooting steps, and resolution
• Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing users to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand their needs, business processes, and specific requirements for the ERP system.
• Document the requirements comprehensively to ensure all business needs are captured and addressed.
• Design the ERP system configuration to meet the business requirements
• Assist in the analysis of existing business practices and mapping those practices and procedures to the existing functionality within the ERP.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work in a team with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Fluency in English is required, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

PREFERRED:

• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including experience with integrating ERP systems with other business applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
